Understand the dashboard of your store on Storkeo

This guide is intended to help you understand your dashboard on the Storkeo site. If necessary, our support team remains at your disposal by email at the address support@storkeo.com Storkeo offers you the possibility to sell online and on quote. If you don’t want to use the online purchase functionality, we will indicate the steps you can take that are not intended for you.

1- The dashboard tab

The first tab visible and the one you will land on each time you log in is “the dashboard”. In this tab you can quickly track the performance indicators of your online store.

The quick summary of your store

Here you can track your total sales on Storkeo, your earnings, the number of page views (how many times your store and product pages were viewed by users) and the number of orders you had.

This month's sales

Click on the “create an account” button.

This graph allows you to see the evolution of the number of orders per day and the total sales. It will then be very simple for you to analyze your performance.

Orders

The order summary can also be found here. So it’s very easy to see your data about it.

Latest announcements

In this part, you will find the ads more commonly known as notifications. You will see informative messages and alerts about the operation of your account.

Reviews

This part allows you to quickly visualize the data about customer reviews on your products.

Products

This part is a summary of the data about the products you have in your store.

2- Products tab

In this tab, you can create your products or services. It is possible to offer them for sale online or by quotation. Consult the complete documentation on this subject to know all the necessary steps to create your pages.

3- Orders tab

This tab is reserved for sellers who wish to offer their items for direct purchase with online payment

To track orders, simply click on the “orders” tab in the dashboard menu.

After clicking on the tab, you have different tracking options:

  • Completed orders
  • Orders in process
  • Orders in preparation
  • Backorders
  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded orders
  • Failed orders

So you can follow all your history.

4- Coupons tab

You can easily create a promo code. To create one, you must click on “add a new coupon” and complete the required information.

5- The reports tab

This tab is reserved for sellers who wish to offer their items for direct purchase with online payment

Here you can track your sales and earnings. This tab allows you to view your statistics in a simplified table.

In this section it is possible to consult :

  • Overview : overview of the sales in totality.
  • Sales by day : you can view your daily sales here.
  • Best sellers: This part allows you to keep an eye on the best sellers of your store.
  • Top earning : this part allows you to see the total amount of sales of your best selling products.
  • Statement : You will find in this part all the information relative to your orders in order to facilitate your extraction to declare these sales.

6- Reviews tab

View and control your customers’ reviews with this tab. If you don’t have an opinion, the section is empty.

7- Withdraw tab

You can manage your receipts from this tab.

8- Return Request tab

This tab is reserved for sellers who wish to offer their items for direct purchase with online payment

This tab allows you to manage the various customer returns.

9- Staff tab

Give access to one or more members of your team to manage your store. Just click on the button to add a new staff and enter their information. Once the person is added, you can assign permissions to them. Click on “Manage permissions”.

10- Analytics tab

Track your store’s visibility. You can consult here the statistics related to the referencing of your page and the visibility of the whole site.

11- Annoucements tab

This tab is reserved for sellers who wish to offer their items for direct purchase with online payment

This tab contains various informational messages and alerts about the operation of your account. To access it, you need to connect your Stripe account.

12- Tools tag

Here you have the possibility to import products easily with a CSV file. If you are comfortable with this type of format and use it regularly, we recommend this feature. But, if you are not used to it, write the products manually as seen before.

To use it: go to the “Export” tab, select “All” and click on “Export”. Thus, you will have the complete CSV file to enter your data. You will have to fill it in and import it so that your products are loaded.

13- Settings tab

This tab is reserved for sellers who wish to offer their items for direct purchase with online payment

The settings tab allows you to modify the settings of your store. Consult the complete documentation on this subject to know all the necessary steps to set up.

14- Change account and password

This tab at the bottom of the menu allows you to modify the account details such as: first name, last name, email address and password.
