Project manager (M/F)

 

Your missions: one day never looks like another

  • Commercial development : Pilot sales of turnkey projects (leisure parks, equipment, consumables, etc.), understand the needs of customers and offer them suitable solutions.
  • Project management : follow the files from A to Z, from the first contact at the signature, including the coordination of the various actors (architects, suppliers, providers, etc.).

Remuneration and advantages

  • Average salary of € 54,000 per year, depending on profile and experience.

Architect (M/F)

Main missions :

  • Innovative design: Develop original concepts for various types of leisure parks taking into account the specific needs of clients and site constraints.
  • Planning and monitoring: Prepare detailed plans, models and 3D visualizations. Monitor projects from design to completion, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with the latest safety and building regulations. Prepare documentation for building permits and other authorizations.

 

Required profile :

  • Education: Architect's diploma with specialization or experience in the development of leisure parks or similar spaces.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max) and Adobe suites (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, capable of managing several projects simultaneously with rigor and efficiency.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas that merge playfulness with functionality and sustainability.

Main missions :

  • Development of training programs: Design tailor-made training modules to optimize the sales skills of teams dedicated to leisure park solutions and product consumables.
  • Training facilitation: Provide interactive training sessions, both theoretical and practical, aimed at strengthening sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitoring and evaluation: Implement monitoring tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and the evolution of post-training commercial performance.

 

Required profile :

  • Training: Diploma in business, marketing or teaching, supplemented by adult trainer training or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience as a sales trainer, ideally gained in the leisure industry or similar environments.
  • Specific knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial issues and products related to leisure parks.

 

Personal skills :

  • Teaching skills: Ability to design and deliver captivating training courses, and to adapt speech for different skill levels.

Main missions :

  • Technical creation: Design detailed plans for leisure park equipment and installations using CAD/CAD software.
  • Technical documentation: Prepare manufacturing and installation files including detailed nomenclatures of materials and components.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and compliance of designs.

 

Required profile :

  • Training: Diploma in industrial design or mechanical design, supplemented by experience in the professional leisure sector.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent.
  • Technical accuracy: Great attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of plans and technical specifications.

Economist Works (M/F)

Main missions :

  • Cost estimation: Develop detailed budget forecasts for the construction and renovation of leisure parks.
  • Financial analysis: Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and cost optimization.
  • Budget management: Monitor and adjust budgets as projects progress.

 

Required profile :

  • Education: Advanced diploma in construction economics or project management with a specialization in building or public works.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent command of costing tools, advanced Excel and software specific to the construction economy.
  • Experience: Significant experience in the economy of works, preferably in the field of leisure or public facilities.

Real estate agent (m/f)

Main missions :

  • Real Estate Search: Identify and evaluate suitable land and buildings for the development and expansion of leisure parks.
  • Negotiation and acquisition: Negotiate the conditions of purchase or rental of properties while optimizing costs for the company.
  • Assessment and advice: Provide expertise and advice on the viability of potential sites and real estate market trends.

 

Required profile :

Your missions: a varied and stimulating daily

  • Maintenance of leisure parks : ensuring the maintenance and repair of interior game structures (trampolines, climbing walls, adventure routes, laser game, etc.).
  • Multi-technical work : perform various electricity repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, floor coverings, etc.
  • Support for works teams : intervene punctually on current sites to help finishes and technical adjustments.
  • On -site intervention : regular trips in parks for preventive and curative maintenance interventions.
