Architect (M/F)

Main Missions:

  • Innovative design: Developing original concepts for various types of amusement parks, taking into account the specific needs of clients and the constraints of the site.
  • Planning and monitoring: Prepare detailed plans, models and 3D visualizations. Monitor projects from design to completion, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure all projects comply with the latest safety and building regulations. Prepare documentation for building permits and other authorizations.

 

Desired Profile:

  • Education: Architect's degree with a specialization or experience in the design of leisure parks or similar spaces.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max) and Adobe suites (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and efficiency.
  • Creativity: The ability to generate innovative ideas that merge playfulness with functionality and sustainability.

Main Missions:

  • Training facilitation: Delivering interactive training sessions, both theoretical and practical, aimed at strengthening sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitoring and evaluation: Implement monitoring tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and the evolution of post-training sales performance.

 

Desired Profile:

  • Education: Degree in business, marketing or education, supplemented by adult trainer training or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience as a sales trainer, ideally acquired in the leisure industry or similar environments.
  • Specific knowledge: Solid understanding of the business issues and products related to amusement parks.

Industrial Designer (M/F)

Main Missions:

  • Technical creation: Designing detailed plans for leisure park equipment and facilities using CAD/CAM software.
  • Technical documentation: Prepare manufacturing and installation files including detailed bills of materials and components.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and compliance of designs.

  • Education: Diploma in industrial drawing or mechanical design, supplemented by experience in the professional leisure sector.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent.

  • Budget management: Track and adjust budgets as projects progress.

  • Technical Skills: Excellent command of cost estimation tools, advanced Excel and software specific to construction economics.

Main Missions:

  • Real estate research: Identify and evaluate suitable land and buildings for the development and expansion of leisure parks.
  • Negotiation and acquisition: Negotiating the terms of purchase or lease of properties while optimizing costs for the company.
  • Assessment and advice: Providing expertise and advice on the viability of potential sites and on real estate market trends.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business or equivalent, with a strong interest in the professional leisure sector.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and experience in managing real estate transactions.
  • Network: An existing network of agencies and contacts in the real estate field, ideally with experience in the commercial or industrial sector.

Multi-skilled Technician (M/F)

Your responsibilities: a varied and stimulating daily routine

  • Leisure park maintenance : Ensure the upkeep and repair of indoor play structures (trampolines, climbing walls, adventure courses, laser tag, etc.).
  • Multi-technical work : Carrying out various repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, floor coverings, etc.
  • Support for work teams : Intervene occasionally on ongoing construction sites to assist with finishing touches and technical adjustments.
  • On-site intervention : Regular travel to parks for preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
