Structure of a 1v1 short
The court enclosure consists of a self-supporting structure made of structural tubes, enclosed and anchored with two lower and upper perimeter rings of 5 mm structural sheet metal. The structure is made of galvanized steel, either painted or coated with a baked epoxy-polyester resin. The 50x50x4 mm galvanized electro-welded mesh is designed without protrusions. The frames are made of 2 mm thick structural tubes, with three horizontal crossbars of 40x5 mm sheet metal to prevent buckling, providing a premium finish that guarantees a perfect view without any structural elements around the perimeter of the glass. Customization is available for the door frames and structures. The color of the structure can be customized according to the client's preferences.

Certified Tempered Glass:
The panoramic back panels and sides are made of 12 mm certified tempered glass, mounted on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibration and the risk of breakage. The manufacturing of this tempered glass follows a standardized process compliant with UNE EN 12150-1.
Advantages of Tempered Glass:
– Increased Strength: Tempered glass resists tensile stress with a mechanical strength four times greater than that of annealed glass.
– Safety in Case of Breakage: When broken, tempered glass shatters into small, blunt pieces, reducing the risk of serious injury compared to annealed glass.
– Safer Choice: These properties make tempered glass an ideal option for user safety, as it does not shatter into sharp or large shards.
Paint
The metal components are treated with a thermosetting polyester powder coating, enriched with polyester resins, to offer a customizable finish according to the customer's color preferences. This method significantly improves resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and physical impacts.
The application of this paint is done by electrostatic process, after which the parts are baked at a temperature of 180°C to 200°C to allow polymerization, thus ensuring the durability of the protective layer.
For installations near coastal areas, where the risk of corrosion is exacerbated by salt spray, additional protective measures are taken to safeguard the metal structure. Customers can also opt for a two-tone finish , for example, with different colors for certain elements such as spotlight stems.
