Structure of a FIP-approved court
This 20x10 meter padel court is constructed with a robust galvanized steel frame, conforming to the standards of the International Padel Federation (FIP). It is available either painted or coated with a baked epoxy-polyester resin, meeting precise technical specifications. The grid, made of 50x50x4mm electro-welded mesh, is designed to eliminate any protrusions on the inside, thus ensuring a smooth finish.
The frame assemblies utilize stainless steel threaded rods, washers, and rounded cap nuts, ensuring increased strength and durability. The double access door measures 1.10 m, completing a structure fully compliant with the standards of the International Padel Federation. Finishing options include 140x60x2 mm galvanized structural tube beams for the corners and 80x60x2 mm intermediate posts measuring 3 meters in height. The anchoring is reinforced by 300x180x10 mm and 200x190x10 mm anchor plates, utilizing 10 mm sheet metal gussets, M14 or stronger screws, and metal anchors with a minimum length of 140 mm.
The base of the structure is securely fixed to the ground with Hilti-type anchors or equivalent, and reinforced with metal brackets extending 0.5 meters from the base of the glass-supporting pillars. Horizontal crossbeams measuring 30x30x2 mm are placed at 1 and 2 meters for added stability, while the tops of the pillars are protected with PVC caps to ensure a watertight seal.

Paint
The metal components are treated with a thermosetting polyester powder coating, enriched with polyester resins, to offer a customizable finish according to the customer's color preferences. This method significantly improves resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and physical impacts.
The application of this paint is done by electrostatic process, after which the parts are baked at a temperature of 180°C to 200°C to allow polymerization, thus ensuring the durability of the protective layer.
For installations near coastal areas, where the risk of corrosion is exacerbated by salt spray, additional protective measures are taken to safeguard the metal structure. Customers can also opt for a two-tone finish , for example, with different colors for certain elements such as spotlight stems.
