Structure of a full panoramic short film
The perimeter of the court features a self-supporting structure made of structural tubes, secured and sealed by two perimeter rings, upper and lower, made of 5 mm thick structural sheet metal. The structure can be finished with painted galvanized steel or a baked epoxy polyester resin coating for increased durability. The 50x50x4 mm galvanized and electro-welded wire mesh is designed to eliminate any protrusions, thus ensuring a smooth surface.
The frames are made from 2 mm thick structural tubing, in accordance with technical specifications, and reinforced with three 40×5 mm horizontal crossbars to prevent buckling. This high-quality construction ensures optimal visibility without obstructions around the glass, with custom adjustments to the door jambs and other structural supports. Furthermore, customers have the option to personalize the frame color with up to two choices.
Paint
The metal components are treated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint, enriched with polyester resins, to provide a customizable finish according to the customer's color preferences. This method significantly improves resistance to corrosion, UV, and physical impacts.
The application of this paint is done by electrostatic process, after which the parts are baked at a temperature of 180°C to 200°C to allow polymerization, thus ensuring the durability of the protective layer.
For installations near maritime areas, where the risk of corrosion is increased by salt fog, additional protective measures are taken to safeguard the metal structure. Customers can also opt for a two-tone finish , for example, with different colors for certain elements like the spotlight stems.
