Structure of a 1v1 court
The court enclosure consists of a self-supporting structure made of structural tubes, closed and anchored with two lower and upper perimeter rings made of 5 mm structural sheet metal. The structure is made of galvanized steel, either painted or covered with an oven-baked epoxy-polyester resin. The 50x50x4mm galvanized electrowelded mesh is designed without protrusions. The frames are made of 2mm thick structural tubes, with three horizontal 40x5mm sheet metal crosspieces to prevent buckling, offering a premium finish that guarantees perfect vision without structural elements around the perimeter of the glass. Custom elements are available on door jambs and frames. The color of the structure is customizable according to customer preferences.

Approved Tempered Glass:
The panoramic bottoms and sides are made of approved 12 mm tempered glass, installed on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and the risk of breakage. The manufacturing of this tempered glass follows a standardized process in accordance with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

– Increased resistance: Tempered glass resists tensile stresses with a mechanical resistance four times greater than that of annealed glass.
– Safety in the event of breakage: In the event of breakage, tempered glass fragments into small, non-sharp pieces, thus reducing the risk of serious injury compared to annealed glass.
– Safe choice: These properties make tempered glass an ideal option for user safety, as it does not break into sharp or large shards.
Paint
The metal components are treated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint, enriched with polyester resins, to provide a customizable finish according to the customer's color preferences. This method significantly improves resistance to corrosion, UV, and physical impacts.
The application of this paint is done by electrostatic process, after which the parts are baked at a temperature of 180°C to 200°C to allow polymerization, thus ensuring the durability of the protective layer.
For installations near maritime areas, where the risk of corrosion is increased by salt fog, additional protective measures are taken to safeguard the metal structure. Customers can also opt for a two-tone finish , for example, with different colors for certain elements like the spotlight stems.
