Set up your vendor store on Storkeo

This guide is intended to help you set up your store. In case of need, our support team remains at your disposal by email at support@storkeo.com.

Storkeo offers you the possibility to sell online and by quotation.
If you don’t want to use the online purchase functionality, we will indicate the steps you can take that are not intended for you.

1- Access to the settings

Once your account is done and you are familiar with the dashboard, you can start customizing your store. For this nothing could be easier, just click on “Settings”.

Once you have selected this part, a new menu will appear.

2- Store tab

It is possible to customize your store in many ways. A gauge indicates your progress :

You can add a banner first. The dimensions are indicated on the website (625 x 300 pixels in RVB). It is useful to respect these indications to have a clean banner.

To increase your progress, you must fill in the different boxes. For more information on certain parts :

  • Profile picture : it’s best to put your logo
  • Store name : the name of your brand/shop
  • Store products per page : The number of products that appear in your store. For example, if you enter the number 12, the 13th product will be in the second page of your store.
  • Closing time of opening of the shop : no need to fill.
  • Store close notice : no need to fill.
  • Discount : You can activate a discount on the entire store.

3- Payment

In order to offer you a payment infrastructure for your online business we collaborate with the brand Stripe.

The payment settings allow you to register a Stripe account to receive payments. This banking partner will allow you to cash your products sold online by credit card.

you must first create an account on https://stripe.com/ before logging in.

Don’t forget to save the changes.

4- Shipping

This tab allows you to save your shipping settings.
You just have to modify the zone of your choice in order to add the price of the expedition :

Then, you must “add a shipping method” :

Select the method of your choice :

  • Flat rate : if the delivery in France includes a fixed rate
  • Local pickup : if your products are to be collected in store (click and collect)
  • Free Shipping
  • Table rate : to define the rates that are applied to an order. This feature allows you to apply complex delivery price calculations

When you have chosen a method, a table will appear in the “Shipping” section. You can find here all the methods by geographical area that you have defined.

To add a value to your method, you will have to modify the line of your choice:

Depending on the method you have chosen beforehand, you will be asked for different parameters. Fill them out and save them.

Then add shipping policies. Click on the button :

Then fill out the form. Don’t forget to save the settings.

5- ShipStation

In this section you can easily manage your shipments, print labels and packing slips.

ShipStation is an external solution. It allows you to ship your orders through a platform that generates your shipments. You can connect your Storkeo account to ShipStation to manage labels and packing slips automatically.

6- RMA

In this part, you define your return and guarantee parameters.

Label : What the customer will see.

Type : There are 3 types =>

  • No Warranty or
  • Warranty Included or
  • Warranty as Add-On

Simply select one of these choices to see new customization options appear.

RMA Policy : This is where you will need to indicate your return and warranty policy.
